I’m Lara Maysa – Egyptian Ceremonialist, Leadership Mentor & Egyptian Pilgrimage guide. I’m a former Personal Brand Mentor & Photographer, and before that, Documentary Filmmaker making films for the likes of BBC and Vice.

How many Live calls are there?
We meet 2x Live every month. One Mastermind call where everyone gets direct coaching on what’s most alive in business, leadership & life – attuned to your blueprint.
The second call of the month is either a Voice Activation session or dedicated copy & messaging audit.
The Live calls are between 90min – 2 hours long. All calls are recorded with a space to submit questions or copy if you are unable to attend live.
When will the calls take place?
2nd & 4th Tuesday/Wednesday of the month, depending on your timezone, with rotating call times for a global community:
Session A — 2nd Wednesday
Tuesday for PT, ET, UK & Europe: PT 12pm / ET 3pm / UK 11pm / Europe midnight
Wednesday for Bali & Melbourne: Bali 7am / Melbourne 9am
Session B — 4th Wednesday

When does THE ORACULAR LEADER begin?
ORACULAR LEADER officially begins in September 2026, when the inaugural cohort enters and we open the field for the first time.
From there, ORACULAR LEADER will become an ongoing incubation container, with women able to apply and enter at different points throughout the year.
Your individual seven-month journey begins from the date you enter the Mastermind.
Will everyone begin at the same time?
The inaugural cohort will begin together in September 2026.
As the field evolves, new women will be welcomed at different points throughout the year, each entering her own seven-month journey within the ongoing collective container.
When does the Siwa Initiation take place?
There will be two opportunities each year to journey to Siwa, allowing you to choose the timing that feels most aligned.
The first Siwa Initiations will take place in:
- January 2027
- November 2027
You may reserve your place when joining ORACULAR LEADER or add Siwa later, subject to availability. Women entering through the complete ORACULAR LEADER + Siwa pathway will receive priority access.
Do I need to attend Siwa during my seven months?
Ideally, your Siwa Initiation will take place during – or close to – your seven-month journey, allowing the experience to deepen and amplify the work unfolding inside the container.
Depending on when you enter, you will be invited to select the most aligned available dates.
How can I learn more about the VIP Siwa photoshoot?
A limited number of private photo and video experiences will be available in Siwa for women who wish to document their initiation and create a body of imagery within the desert landscape.
These experiences are offered separately from the Siwa investment. Please contact Lara privately via DM to explore the available packages.
Can I join THE ORACULAR LEADER without Siwa?
Yes. You can join ORACULAR LEADER as a seven-month online Mastermind without attending the Siwa Initiation.
If you later feel called to join us in Egypt, Siwa may be added to your journey, subject to availability.
Women who choose the complete pathway when entering receive priority access and the most advantageous investment.
Will calls be recorded?
Yes. All core Mastermind sessions will be recorded, with access to the replay library throughout your seven-month journey.
Due to the intimate nature and depth of the Vocal Activation work, led by Victory Jones, these sessions are held as private, cohort-specific spaces. You will receive four live Vocal Activation sessions during your journey and access to the replays from your own sessions, but not to sessions held before you entered the container.
This protects the privacy of every woman while ensuring each member receives the complete Vocal Activation experience.
Will there be 1:1 coaching?
Yes. Upon enrolment, you will receive a private 60-minute Soul Legacy Reading with me: a deep dive into your Astrology, Human Design and Gene Keys, and how your unique blueprint informs your mission, message and leadership.
This becomes the foundation for the personalised hot-seat coaching you receive throughout ORACULAR LEADER, allowing me to guide you in precise alignment with your blueprint.
The container is capped at 10 women at any given time, ensuring every woman has the space to go deep and receive meaningful, individualised support.
Additional private 1:1 sessions may also be booked separately, subject to availability.
What support is available between sessions?
You will be held inside a private Telegram space throughout your seven-month journey.
One day each week, you will have direct access to Lara to bring your questions, creations and points of calibration, with personalised guidance and voice-note coaching in response.
Are there any Pay in Full bonuses?
